  • Provide advice and guidance to education staff and liaise with specialist services to support children and young people to remain in education through the right support.
  • Develop and provide preventive, evidence-based interventions that support young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues, including individual and group sessions for young people and parent/carers; staff training; consultation and advice; liaison and signposting to other relevant support or CAMHS services across Manchester.

The team works closely with education colleagues to develop and provide preventive, evidence-based interventions that support those young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues.
