Job summary

Operam Education Group seeks a Marketing Assistant to bring our stories to life across eight brands. You’ll plan and create social content, reflect each brand’s local identity, and design graphics in Canva. You’ll work with recruitment teams to uncover stories and campaigns that attract education professionals.

You’ll track engagement, produce monthly reports and help promote our vacancies and events, including careers fairs, to support schools and MATs.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Genuine interest in social media and how different platforms reach audiences.
• Creative mindset and confidence to suggest fresh ideas.
• Good eye for design and experience with Canva.
• Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Excellent organisation to juggle multiple brands and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social content across eight brands while reflecting each brand’s identity.
