An established industry player is seeking a passionate leader to drive educational excellence across link schools. This role involves ensuring equitable access to quality education, supporting schools through data-driven improvements, and managing resources effectively. You will be at the forefront of community planning and integrated service strategies, focusing on inclusion and support for all children, particularly those with additional needs. Salary: £85,104 per year

Reporting to the Head of Education, you will ensure equity and excellence in a number of link schools in line with the service’s quality improvement framework. You will support and challenge schools to improve through effective use of data.
You will also be responsible for service planning and links to community planning and integrated children’s service planning within the strategic remit of inclusion and additional support needs.
It is essential that you possess a degree or equivalent in an appropriate discipline, have significant experience of managing a team in a large complex organization, have previous experience at Senior Leadership level within a Primary/Secondary or ASN School, and are able to demonstrate an ability to effectively manage resources including financial, human, and ICT.
Additionally, you should have significant insight into Additional Support for Learning legislation and experience in improving outcomes for all children, particularly those who have a support need. Attendance and exclusion data, as well as developing a locality model, will be an area of particular focus.
You should also demonstrate good all-round technical skills, along with an understanding and experience of managing the key aspects of implementing local and national initiatives.
It is a requirement to demonstrate effective management involvement in the implementation of an important local initiative, showcasing resilience with a high degree of personal motivation, the ability to drive and motivate others, and to develop an effective and efficient team.
