Qualifications & Skills

Education: Degree-level qualification

Experience: Proven experience in managing educational delivery, quality, or curriculum—ideally in vocational training or further education settings.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with accreditation, funding, and inspection frameworks (e.g., Ofsted, ESFA, ASIC, ISO).

Leadership Skills: Strong people management, coaching, and staff development capability.
