  • Monitor and report on programme performance, outcomes and commitments, ensuring activities deliver measurable social value and meet project objectives.
  • Provide career advice and guidance through education, skills and employment activities.
  • Represent Sizewell C at education, skills and employment forums, events and stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure all activities align with the project's workforce requirements, stakeholder commitments and community engagement ambitions.
What You’ll Need

We're looking for someone with experience in education, skills development, stakeholder engagement or early careers programmes who can build trusted relationships and translate strategy into meaningful outcomes.

You’ll ideally have:

  • A strong understanding of the pre-16 and post-16 education and skills landscape.
  • Experience developing or delivering education, employability, outreach or social value programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of audiences.
  • Experience building partnerships across education providers, employers and external organisations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team.

Experience within education, training, construction, infrastructure, social value, stakeholder engagement or large-scale projects would be advantageous. Power BI and CRM system experience would also be beneficial but are not essential.
