Job summary

The Circle Trust is seeking a Deputy Director of Education (Inclusion) to work closely with the Director of Education in driving high standards of educational provision, inclusion and pupil outcomes across our schools.

This is a strategic leadership role aimed at championing inclusion, wellbeing and educational outcomes, supporting SEND, Pupil Premium, EAL and other vulnerable learners, and collaborating with school leaders to strengthen teaching, attendance and wellbeing across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership experience in education.
• Experience with inclusion, wellbeing and SEND.
• Ability to analyse attendance and pupil outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support SENDCos and Pupil Premium Leads.
• Monitor progress of vulnerable groups.
• Oversee pupil wellbeing and mental health provision.
• Ensure effective use of Pupil Premium funding.
• Collaborate with families and external agencies.
• Prepare reports for Trustees.
