Job Description

Role Overview

The EHCP Coordinator Assistant supports the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Service by undertaking administrative duties under the supervision of the Business Support Manager and Deputy. You will work closely with other team members to meet statutory deadlines and support the development of the SEND Service.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing your own performance, supporting EHCP Coordinators, maintaining databases, managing caseloads, and meeting deadlines.
  • Being the first point of contact for families and professionals, utilizing strong admin and technology skills to enhance service delivery.

The role is based in Kingston, with working hours from 09:00-17:15 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-17:00 on Friday, totaling 36 hours per week.
