What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Education Health Care Assistants to join our busy, demanding, and rewarding school, starting in November 2025.
Under the guidance of teachers and senior staff, you will support individuals and groups of children to access outcomes outlined in their Education Health Care Plans.
You will assist with pupils' education, health, medical, physical, and general care needs according to established plans, promote effective communication using strategies such as Makaton, PECS, and communication aids, and support teachers in managing pupils and classrooms.
While experience working with children and young people is preferred, a child-centered approach is most important, as comprehensive training and development will be provided.
