A leading council in North Lincolnshire is seeking an Education, Health and Care Plan Coordinator to manage EHCPs for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. The role involves overseeing assessments, coordinating contributions from various agencies, and ensuring compliance with statutory standards. Salary: Grade 7 £31,586 to £36,124 per year
Location: Scunthorpe, Church Square House
Hours: 37 hours per week

The Vacancy
Are you passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated EHCP Coordinator to join our SEND team and help deliver high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
About the Role: As an EHCP Coordinator, you will manage a caseload of EHCPs for children and young people aged 0–25. This includes overseeing the statutory assessment process, coordinating multi-agency contributions, drafting and reviewing plans, and ensuring compliance with statutory timescales and quality standards. You will work closely with families, schools, and professionals to develop personalised, outcome-focused plans that support each child’s progress and well-being.
