Job summary

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) Pharmacy is offering a 0.5 WTE Clinical and Education + Training Pharmacist role at Nevill Hall Hospital. The post can be taken as a 12-month fixed term or 12-month secondment, with terms agreed with the line manager on appointment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with passion for education and training.
• Experience delivering education and training in pharmacy.
• Interest in leading and shaping education programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate delivery of education and training at the site.
• Ensure education meets statutory and professional requirements for pharmacy staff and students.
• Lead HEIW commissioned training programmes including FPUPP.
• Set high professional standards aligned with ABUHB Pharmacy Vision.
• Support non-medical prescribing when required.
• Deputise for Lead Pharmacists when needed.
