Job summary

Kindred in Gainsborough is seeking a reliable cleaner to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for staff and visitors. You will perform general cleaning tasks across the educational building, including dusting, vacuuming, surfaces cleaning, and restocking supplies.

The role requires following health and safety rules (COSHH), working mainly Monday to Friday with fixed shift patterns. A DBS check is required; previous cleaning experience and good English communication are desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of COSHH.
• Pay: £12.71 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, variable hours.
• Location: Gainsborough DN21 4NN.
• Requirements: Enhanced DBS check

Responsibilities

• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces, touchpoints, and furniture.
• Restocking supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls.
• Carrying out periodic deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
• Using cleaning materials safely and following COSHH.
• Reporting maintenance issues promptly.
• Working independently or with colleagues to maintain high cleanliness.
• Presenting a professional, welcoming environment.
