Job summary

Kindred is seeking a dedicated Cleaner based in Hertford, working Monday to Friday with shifts from 15:30 to 19:30/19:00/19:30. The role covers cleaning classrooms, toilets, and common areas in an educational building, with attention to safety and high standards.

Qualifications

• Able to meet the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
• Follow instructions (including written) and work safely for periods of time on their own.
• English ability; English as a first language is not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces, touchpoints, and furniture.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Replenishing soap, paper towels and toilet rolls.
• Carrying out periodic deep-cleaning tasks and using appropriate cleaning materials.
