Role overview:
We are seeking an Education & Events Manager to develop the education strategy for the Commercial Team, aiming to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and sales growth.
You will be responsible for enhancing brand affinity by educating retailer teams, organizing events during key promotional periods, engaging with customers on the shop floor, and increasing retail sales across the UK and Europe.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about skincare and retail, with strong storytelling and educational skills, and who can effectively communicate our core values.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and events for consumers in-person and online, tailored to learning needs.
- Create compelling educational materials such as presentations, videos, and other resources to support sales.
- Support the execution of the omnichannel commercial and marketing strategy to meet sales and KPI targets.
- Manage stock, merchandising, and POS to ensure sales KPIs are achieved.
- Build strong relationships with store teams.
- Develop and execute a program of events with the commercial and trade marketing teams.
- Assist in implementing the customer (trade) marketing plan with retail partners.
- Ensure timely, on-brand execution of all product launches with relevant education models.
- Host face-to-face education workshops in all markets, with occasional Zoom sessions.
- Update annual training decks and NPD updates to display best practices, combining product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Align with the Senior Commercial Manager on training and event needs and focus areas.
- Deliver bespoke educational modules, brand programs, and regional workshops for key stakeholders.
- Communicate information accurately and effectively internally and externally.
- Review and seek new in-store POS and promotional space opportunities in line with brand standards.
- Protect and uphold the Pai brand image at all times.
People:
- Collaborate with the Commercial & Marketing teams and the Senior Commercial Managers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with retail partners, including floor managers and sales associates.
Reporting:
- Complete weekly reports as required.
- Maintain an up-to-date training diary.
- Share sales information promptly.
- Adhere to travel and expense policies.
