Through a successful bid to the government's Change Programme Partnership, an opportunity has arisen for two dynamic and committed Education Effectiveness Partners to join the team in a continued development strategy working with schools on joint strategies for inclusion, use of alternative provision and promoting positive outcomes for Leicestershire's most vulnerable children and young people.
We are seeking a dynamic and committed Education Effectiveness Partner to join our Education Effectiveness Service area within Children and Family Services. This role involves being the point of contact for all schools, academies, colleges, and educational settings in a geographical area of Leicestershire, fostering good working relationships to ensure the best possible education for children and young people.
Knowledge and an understanding of the current agendas within education, particularly regarding inclusion, use and development of internal alternative provision arrangements and SEN would be beneficial. Additionally, strategic experience in these areas and involvement in the secondary phase would be advantageous.
This roll offers flexible working arrangements and hybrid working (mix of working from home and office).

About You
The Education Effectiveness Partner will play an integral role, as part of the Education Effectiveness Team, to successfully implement national and local initiatives to promote and embed school improvement strategies within educational settings where Leicestershire children are educated; to secure the best start in life for all our children, particularly the most vulnerable.
