Job summary

AP Education in Essex is seeking an Education Administrator to support delivery of tuition services within a fast-paced team. You will work closely with Education Delivery Co-Ordinators to ensure smooth, high-quality service for learners and families and liaise with Local Authorities.

This role requires strong admin, excellent communication and confidentiality, with term-time hours and some extended time during busy periods. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience (essential)
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication, organisation, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Attracting, sourcing and pre-screening high quality candidates
• Providing responsive support to tutors, learners, families and Local Authorities
• Compiling and reviewing reports and liaising with clients in a timely and professional manner
• Sending, tracking and chasing time sheets
• Offering general administrative and organisational support to the wider Education Team
