Job summary

The 3-18 Education Trust is seeking a Data and Information Lead to work across our schools in Shrewsbury and beyond, ensuring data accuracy, system alignment, and timely access to information for decision making.

Reporting to the Director of IT, you will lead MIS administration, run data quality programmes and assure dashboards underpinning strategic decisions, while delivering our data protection programme and guiding school data managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in school MIS administration and statutory returns.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR in educational settings.
• Ability to communicate with leaders and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead MIS administrator for the Trust's data systems.
• Run rolling data quality programme across MIS, HR and safeguarding.
• Oversee data behind dashboards used by leaders.
• Deliver data protection compliance activities and staff training.
• Lead a network of school-based data managers and share best practices.
