Job summary

Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants is seeking an energetic Education Coordinator to support learners aged 14 to 16, focusing on Electively Home Educated (EHE) students and school-linked provision. Based in Worksop and Rotherham, the role is full-time and temporary until February 2027.

You will manage a caseload, coordinate wraparound support, monitor attendance, safeguarding, and liaise with schools/local authorities to deliver meaningful provision for Y10 and Y11.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with educational and social barriers.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of pre- and post-16 education and safeguarding practices.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage conflicting priorities.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with curriculum teams and local authorities to deliver a broad curriculum for EHE learners.
• Ensure high-quality education and pastoral support for all students in the 14–16 provision.

Our Client is seeking an energetic and flexible 14–16 Coordinator to support the success of learners aged 14 to 16. This role focuses on Electively Home Educated (EHE) students and those accessing provision through school links, ensuring they receive high-quality education and pastoral support.

You will manage a caseload of learners, coordinate wraparound support, and act as an advocate throughout their educational journey. The role involves working closely with schools, local authorities, and internal teams to monitor progress, attendance, and retention, while safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with curriculum teams and local authorities to deliver a broad curriculum for EHE learners.
• Ensure high-quality education and pastoral support for all students in the 14–16 provision.
• Manage safeguarding responsibilities for EHE and school-linked learners.
