Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Education Coordinator to support learners aged 14 to 16 in Worksop and Rotherham. This temporary role (until February 2027) is full-time, 37 hours per week, with a focus on Electively Home Educated (EHE) students and school-linked provision.

You will manage a caseload, oversee wraparound support, and advocate for learners across schools and local authorities. You will monitor attendance, progression, and safeguarding, coordinating meetings and reporting to ensure

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of pre- and post-16 education and safeguarding practices.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage conflicting priorities.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with curriculum teams and local authorities to deliver a broad curriculum for EHE learners.
• Ensure high-quality education and pastoral support for all students in the provision.
