Candidate Profile

We seek an exceptional individual: a talented hairdresser and a self-motivated team player with experience in delivering educational expertise within salons or beauty environments. You should share our passion for inspiring others to maximize their performance with Kérastase and Shu Uemura. The ideal candidate will value superior service, be highly organized, proactive, and able to plan efficiently.

• Driving license is required.

You should have excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills, and be willing to travel, possibly staying away from home and traveling on Sundays.

• Set demanding goals, focus on quality and detail, and constantly seek to exceed objectives.
• Stay updated with current trends, commercial awareness, and market sensitivities.
• Have a passion for haircare/skin care, understanding aesthetic quality and retail importance.
• Be able to focus and achieve set targets/objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven ability to set and achieve high goals, with focus on quality and detail.
• Experience in delivering technical workshops, presentations, and classes.
• NVQ Level 2 & 3 in relevant fields.
• Technical competence in cutting, styling, and product knowledge.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Experience in client relationship building.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Enthusiastic, inspiring, motivating, and coaching skills.
• Strong organizational and stock management skills.
• Diplomacy, patience, and adaptability in a demanding environment.
