Job summary

Mandala Group is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to drive a portfolio of DfE school projects rather than focusing on a single scheme. This is a post-contract delivery role with strategic reach across programmes.

You will lead through Project Leads, coordinating programme, commercial, design, construction, risk, quality, H&S and client performance across multiple schemes. The position sits at Associate Director Delivery level with regional progression potential.

Qualifications

• Significant main contractor education construction experience.
• Proven delivery of major Education projects.
• Experience leading through Project Leads across multiple schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead across a portfolio of DfE school projects, not just a single scheme.
• Coordinate programme, commercial, design, construction, risk, quality, H&S and client performance.
• Work at Associate Director Delivery level with potential progression to Regional Director.
