Job summary

Garforth Academy are appointing an Extended Services Manager to join our academy in January 2027 on a full time, temporary basis. The role offers leadership to a staff team and collaboration with the Garforth cluster of schools to deliver priority outcomes for children and families.

You will establish challenging yet supportive environments, drive partnership working, and contribute to school improvements in line with Trust and local authority priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a school or education setting.
• Ability to build and manage partnerships with other schools and external partners.
• Strong track record of delivering strategic improvements in outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a staff team.
• Develop and sustain partnerships with Garforth cluster schools and partners.
