Randstad UK is seeking a Client Solutions Director for the Education Sector to drive new business and strengthen client relationships. You will oversee education accounts and lead revenue growth across virtual and face-to-face engagements.

Bring a consultative, high-performance leadership style with recruitment industry experience, a focus on GP improvement, stakeholder management, and strategic partnerships within education.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within the recruitment industry.
• Strong, consistent billing consultant mindset or leadership experience.
• Consultative, professional, business-partnering approach.
• Ability to grow client accounts to increase GP.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Education sector experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase relationships across the Education market.
• Own Education clients and drive business forward.
• Develop new business with target clients (virtual and face-to-face).
• Hold review meetings with existing clients.
• Understand market competitors.
• Provide data and insights to clients to build relationships.
• Promote staffing solutions across a focused Education region.
