Explore Learning is seeking an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre in Leeds. You’ll lead a Tutor team, drive member growth, and ensure exceptional service for families, with strong progression and safeguarding as a priority.

The role combines educational leadership with operational excellence, including day-to-day management, coaching, and community engagement.

• Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships and marketing events.

• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Leading, coaching and developing your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members.
• Championing safeguarding by prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care.

Logistics

Location: You will be based at our Leeds Explore Learning centre full-time.

Starting salary: £27,000 PA

*Those working at centres in the London area will receive anadditionaluplift to their annual pay between £1000 and £3500 due to London weighting.

Contract: Full-time, permanent contract

Tuesday 11am-8pm

Wednesday 11am-8pm

Thursday 11am-7pm

Friday 9am-6pm

Saturday 9am-5pm

*workinghours may varyfrom centre to centre
