Job summary

Explore Learning in West Yorkshire is seeking a confident, people-first leader to run one of our education centres on a full-time basis. You’ll own service delivery, membership growth, and the centre’s profitability, while coaching a supervisor and a team of tutors to deliver outstanding maths and English progress.

You’ll balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence, monitoring progress with KPI data, driving community engagement, safeguarding, and ensuring a great family

The Role

You’ll lead all aspects of centre performance, including:

  • Using KPIs and performance data to continuously improve results

  • Ownership of overall centre profitability includingrevenue management, optimising staff efficiency, and driving membership growth

  • Leading, coaching, and developinga supervisorand team of tutors

  • Creating a positive, high-performance team culture with strong engagement and accountability

  • Safeguarding every child in your care and ensuring full Ofsted and company compliance

  • Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events

  • Delivering excellentfamilyand member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress

  • Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently

Logistics

Location: You will be based at one of our Explore Learning centres in the West Yorkshire area (Leeds/Bradford) full-time.

Starting salary: £31,250 - £33,750 PA salary depending on experience.

Contract: Full-time, permanent contract

Working Hours: a typicalweek*:

Tuesday 11am-8pm

Wednesday 11am-8pm

Thursday 11am-7pm

Friday 9am-6pm

Saturday 9am-5pm

*workinghours may varyfrom centre to centre
