Job summary

The Laurus Trust is seeking an experienced construction professional to lead a varied portfolio of capital investment projects from concept to completion, shaping design and delivery in collaboration with consultants, contractors and school leaders to create high quality environments for pupils and staff.

Reporting to the Director of IT and Capital Projects, you will act as the client representative, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget, coordinating the project

Responsibilities

• Act as the Trust's client representative, managing projects from inception through to completion and ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead a diverse portfolio of capital and estate development projects, coordinating consultants, contractors, stakeholders and specialist advisers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop business cases and tender documentation to oversee construction activities, commissioning and handover, providing expert project management to support the Trust's estate ambitions.
