Job summary

The Progress Group is seeking an Education, Attendance and Welfare Officer (EAWO) for Progress Schools in Wirral. The role runs full-time, 8:30am–4:30pm, term-time with 10 additional days. Salary is £28,000.

Qualifications

  • Academic background in Business Administration or related field is desirable.
  • experience in school or business administration deemed valuable.
  • Knowledge of equality, safeguarding, child protection and inclusion issues in schools with vulnerable pupils.
  • Aptitude for solving problems and making decisions.
  • Strong professional communication with students and staff.
  • Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing and British values.
  • Effective time management for planning, delivery and assessment.
