What You’ll Be Doing:

• Account Managing and growing an established HOT desk
• Building and maintaining genuine long standing relationships with clients and candidates
• Matching talented educators with the right opportunities
• Working towards realistic and achievable targets
• Being part of a team that celebrates success together

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Account Management
• Strong knowledge of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Experience working in the education sector
• A people person who builds strong relationships
• A driven, self-motivated consultant who wants to grow with us
