We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals capable of working in a multi-disciplinary context to deliver positive outcomes for young people, families, adults, and communities.

As a Youth, Family and Community Learning Worker, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver a range of social and personal development opportunities aimed at improving life chances and achieving positive outcomes for individuals and communities. Your work will be conducted in settings including communities, YFCL establishments, and schools, under the guidance of Youth, Family and Community Learning Service Officers.

You will also participate in building and maintaining effective partnerships to ensure efficient service delivery within a local area or project.

We welcome applications from individuals with skills in the creative arts, music, drama, sports, outdoor learning, and STEM fields.
