Job description

Position: Support Worker in Early Learning and Childcare

Type: Permanent

Hours: 14 hours per week, not during term time.

Work Pattern: Thursday and Friday shifts between 8am - 6pm.

This role requires registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) as a support worker and holding a relevant qualification. Candidates should have or be willing to obtain one of the following qualifications:

• NC in Early Education and Childcare at SCQF Level 6
• SVQ 2 Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 6
• SVQ 2 Children's Care Learning and Development at SCQF Level 2

Support will be provided to successful candidates lacking a relevant qualification to obtain one.
