The Depute Head Teacher will:

  1. Assist the Head Teacher in the management of the school as part of a Management Team.
  2. Deputise for the Head Teacher in their absence and lead colleagues strategically.
  3. Contribute to the ongoing modernisation efforts and high-quality provision in South Lanarkshire schools.

We are inviting applications from Fully Qualified (GTC) Secondary Teachers.

You will assist in curriculum delivery, contribute to whole school initiatives, and perform duties outlined in Annexe B of "A Teaching Profession for the 21st Century".

GTC Registration: It is a legal requirement for teachers in Scottish state schools to be registered with GTC Scotland.
