Job summary

Angel Solutions Ltd is hiring a Customer Support Technician to be the first point of contact for schools and local authorities across the UK. You will guide users through technical issues, answer product questions and help them get the most value from Angel Solutions software.

You will receive comprehensive training, join a responsive team, and help resolve queries quickly while learning to identify commercial opportunities for premium features and upsells.

Qualifications

Minimum one year in a first-line support role with strong IT fundamentals.
Excellent verbal and written English communication with empathy and patience.
Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for school and local authority queries via Zendesk, email and other channels.
Provide friendly, efficient support, owning queries through to resolution.
Collaborate with Testing, Data and Development teams on complex issues and bug reports.
