Our client is a unique startup with a mission to harness artificial intelligence for the visually impaired. They have developed an innovative, smart, wearable device with an intuitive interface to improve the lives of people with dyslexia.

They are seeking to recruit an exceptional individual to join their team of successful Field Sales Managers. This is a full-time, permanent, home-based position with travel.

Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in business development, field sales, customer success, or marketing; EdTech background is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to work with people with special needs
  • Technologically savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and sales in the UK
  • Manage relationships with schools, universities, non-profits, government organizations, local councils, and resellers
  • Promote awareness within the education ecosystem by collaborating with assistive technology agencies and community organizations
  • Present and demonstrate the product to potential users
  • Participate in marketing activities, events, and trade shows
  • Provide training on device use, benefits, and value
  • Coordinate with team members, report activities, and participate in meetings and calls
Measurement of Success
  • Achieve sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and yearly
