Zen Educate in London is seeking a proactive recruiter to join our fast-growing edtech platform. You will help grow our candidate pool, support schools, manage onboarding, verify right-to-work checks, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

This full-time role offers a competitive base salary with OTE, four days in the office after training, and the opportunity to influence UK education hiring while collaborating with a passionate, mission-driven team in a central London office.

Responsibilities

• Increase the number of new candidates on our platform.
• Help ensure smooth daily operations and booking fulfilment.
• Carry out onboarding and assessment for teachers and teaching assistants.
• Interact with candidates and maintain positive relationships for a great candidate experience.
• Match candidate skills to schools’ requirements.
• Organise vetting processes and right-to-work checks.
• Collaborate with sales and technology teams to improve efficiency.
