About the company

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Woking, who are seeking an EDS Build Technician to join their team.

• Support the Electrical Systems department with electrical troubleshooting, issue resolution, solution implementation, and reporting back to the customer team.
• Receive and analyze customer rework requests, review documentation, and prepare required materials.
• Support vehicle rework and testing activities.
• Close issues and support other engineers from different areas when needed.
• Conduct electrical investigations using basic test equipment.
• Possess knowledge of electronic circuit design and signal integrity, able to read 2D drawings and identify components.
• Proven experience reworking LV vehicles, with 3-5 years of experience in wiring harness and EDS.
• Complete all relevant documentation and reports.

Nice to Have Criteria:

• Basic understanding of CAN, communication networks, and electrical components.
