Main purpose of the role & responsibilities in the business:

As a EDM Consultant, you’ll work to implement and configure our exciting Employee Document Management application for Workday for our global customer base, typically leading a workstream. You will work closely with team members, as well as independently and confidently manage your workload. You’ll understand customer requirements, designing and delivering solutions aligned to their needs. You’ll support junior team members and share your knowledge with them.

Minimum (essential) requirements:
  • Very good understanding of Workday products, including HCM, Financials, Payroll, or other specialist capabilities.
  • Strong customer focus, with experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment. Able to understand customer needs, build relationships, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Effective communication skills, able to engage with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy, including in remote settings.
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
  • Consulting skills such as presenting, workshop participation, and explaining solutions to customers.
  • Ability to apply relevant standards and procedures, maintaining high quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies, ensuring information security.
Desirable:
  • Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, or Project Management Certification.
