The Editorial Writer should be excited about creating outstanding digital content designed to help people understand and manage their finances.

They will work closely with Global Marketing teams in EMEA, ASP, and the Americas to produce, distribute, and measure original, compelling, and compliant content.

In this role, you will:

  1. Research and create customer-focused personal finance and wealth-related content
  2. Ensure work delivered meets quality standards, tone of voice, and editorial guidelines set by HSBC
  3. Work closely with search, social, analytics, and product teams to derive insights
  4. Measure and report on content performance against key metrics
  5. Edit and publish pages on content management systems (CMS)
  6. Identify gaps and optimize existing content

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. A strong digital background and understanding of SEO, with proven experience as a digital writer
  2. Previous experience within financial services or banking
  3. A creative mind with an excellent eye for detail
  4. Working knowledge of writing investment content (desirable)
  5. Experience with building and managing pages in content management systems
  6. Experience using data analytics tools to inform and measure output

This is a part-time, hybrid role based in the Stourton office in Leeds.
