Job description

Our client is undergoing a significant multi-year digital transformation across its U.S. retirement business. The initiative addresses the instability of aging legacy systems and aims to position the company as a strong third competitor in the retirement market.

The transformation encompasses:

• Full rebuild of recordkeeping infrastructure
• Launch of two new retirement products
• Enhanced B2B and B2C digital experiences
• Expansion into new and existing market segments (small and mid-to-large plan sponsors)

Preferred Background:

• Financial services, retirement, or insurance industry experience
• Familiarity with compliance review processes and stakeholder management in enterprise environments

Retirement-Experienced Writer

• Strong editorial and technical writing experience within financial services or retirement
• Able to support marketing and product teams with on-brand, compliant content

This is a remote multiple year contract. We are looking for someone local enough to Boston that can go onsite if needed.
