A leading company in the publishing industry seeks a talented Editor to manage and guide the development of licensed and trend-led books. Working pattern: Hybrid- minimum of two days per week in the office; up to three days per week working from home

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 Per annum, depending on experience
Bonnier Books UK is looking for a talented and highly creative editor to join our license and trend-led imprint, Studio Press.Studio is the home of numerous best-selling Disney, Marvel and Star Wars titles for all ages from pre-school to adult, as well as a range of trend-led pop culture books, plus the best-selling Ultimate Football Heroes series.
The successful candidate will project manage and creatively guide the development of books with some of the biggest licenses in the business, ensuring that all titles are produced to an exceptional editorial quality. As part of a supportive and friendly team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the programme through new ideas and acquisitions.
We are looking for an exceptional editor with good knowledge of pop culture trends and the licensed books market, and who is looking to develop their commissioning skills. You’ll be creative, flexible, fast-moving and possess the fantastic communication and project management skills needed to work on a diverse, dynamic list. You will also need solid editing and writing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues both internally and outside the business.
