Charles Russell Speechlys is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to support the Data Privacy and eDiscovery function. You will manage end-to-end eDiscovery projects, assist fee earners across Litigation, Employment and Disputes, and advise on workflows and technology to ensure defensible data handling.

The role involves coordinating data collection, processing and review, training staff, and working with external vendors to deliver compliant, cost-effective eDiscovery services.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing eDiscovery projects in a law firm, legal services provider, or corporate legal dept.
• Familiarity with Relativity, Nuix or Concordance and other eDiscovery tools.
• Understanding of UK GDPR and Civil Procedure Rules in practice.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end eDiscovery projects: scoping, data collection, processing, review and production.
• Collaborate with fee-earning teams across practices to support disputes, investigations and due diligence.
• Advise on defensible workflows and technology solutions for compliant data handling.
• Support selection and management of eDiscovery platforms and tools.
• Coordinate data collection and preservation with IT, Information Security and matter teams.
• Develop workflows, protocols and QC procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Provide training to fee earners, paralegals and staff on eDiscovery processes and TAR.
• Assist with DSARs, file reviews and regulatory compliance as required.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
• Prepare budgets, timelines and reporting; keep stakeholders informed.
