Job summary

Apt Search is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to lead multiple projects across cyber incident response, DSARs, investigations and litigation for a UK law firm with an established in-house eDiscovery practice.

You will drive efficiency by introducing AI and automation tools, working with legal teams from matter inception to conclusion, and shaping the service delivery through process improvements and training.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience managing eDiscovery projects.
• Hands-on Relativity experience.
• Practical understanding of the EDRM and eDiscovery best practice.

Responsibilities

• Engage early with legal teams on eDiscovery requirements, advising on the most appropriate solution.
• Manage multiple eDiscovery projects of varying complexity across a range of platforms, delivering high-quality, timely output to internal and external clients.
• Keep legal teams informed throughout, managing expectations on timing and cost, offering alternatives and making reasoned recommendations.
• Identify, evaluate and integrate AI technologies and automation tools into eDiscovery workflows
• Troubleshoot technical issues across the project lifecycle
• Help develop the eDiscovery service through process improvement, technology adoption, knowledge sharing, training and research
