Job summary

RSM UK is expanding its digitally led Forensic Technology practice and seeks a hands-on Manager in our eDiscovery team to lead engagements across the lifecycle—from data collection to production—across litigation, regulatory and internal investigations.

You will guide junior practitioners, communicate with clients, manage data processing, design review workflows, and contribute to budgets and billing while upholding accuracy and defensibility.

Qualifications

• You will be an experienced eDiscovery, litigation support or forensic technology professional with hands-on platform experience.
• You will bring strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while supporting clients and junior colleagues.
• Certifications such as RCA or EDRM are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the delivery of eDiscovery engagements across litigation, regulatory and internal investigations.
• Act as day-to-day client contact, guiding workflows and platform use while escalating when needed.
• Manage data processing, ingestion and quality control within eDiscovery platforms to ensure defensibility.
• Design and implement review workflows, including technology-assisted and AI-assisted review tools.
• Produce clear reports, mentor juniors, and support engagement administration, budgets, WIP and billing.
