Job description

Morgan Hunt is working with a large public sector organisation to recruit an eDiscovery Case Manager with Purview experience for a 3-month contract. The successful candidate must hold SC clearance.

In this role, you will collaborate with legal teams, external law firms, and technology providers to resolve eDiscovery issues. You will also manage eDiscovery risks and advise senior stakeholders on necessary actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with Microsoft Purview (Discovery Premium)
• Verify and assign appropriate licenses
• Ensure eDiscovery applications are enabled and correctly configured, transitioning from classic eDiscovery before its retirement in August 2025
• Assign eDiscovery permissions
• Perform digital investigations within eDiscovery cases to find evidence in emails and other content

Essential Skills:

• Good understanding of eDiscovery processes and tools, especially Microsoft
• Experience managing phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including collection, processing, review, and disclosures

£700 per day, inside IR35. Remote position. SC clearance required.
