Job summary

Mobile Testing Solutions Ltd (MTS) in Edinburgh is seeking part-time Test Administrators to join our exams team on a casual zero-hours contract. You will support IELTS and other exams by setting up rooms, monitoring tests, and ensuring exam integrity.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, fluent in English, with basic IT skills and the ability to work varying hours in a busy office environment at 40 Sciennes, Edinburgh.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or above) and basic IT familiarity.
• Meticulous and well-organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set up exam rooms and arrange furniture based on test requirements.
• Monitor tests and ensure exam integrity for IELTS and other boards.
• Provide basic IT support for local venue equipment and ensure devices are exam-ready.
• Use own devices for e-learning and online trainings as needed.
• Comply with GDPR, safeguarding policies and internal data protection rules.
