Job summary

HomeForce Property Management Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance & Operations Manager to join our small, friendly team. This hands-on role combines property management with office-based leadership to support two growing Edinburgh businesses.

You will coordinate maintenance, ensure compliance, train junior staff, and develop our systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience in residential property management and lettings.
• Experience managing, supporting and developing an office-based team.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and handle day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs across managed properties.
• Arrange statutory inspections and landlord compliance.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure timely work.
• Create and allocate jobs using the in-house job management software.
• Support customer enquiries and maintain high service standards.
