HomeForce Property Management Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance & Operations Manager to oversee our Edinburgh office and lead the local team. This hands-on role requires coordinating maintenance, compliance and contractor relationships while developing processes across two connected businesses.

You'll work closely with the owner, improve ServiceM8 usage, and help drive growth. A practical understanding of building maintenance and lettings is highly valued.

Formación

• Substantial hands-on experience in residential property management and lettings.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and compliance.
• Experience managing an office-based team.
• Full driving licence (UK) is essential for site visits.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs across our managed property portfolio.
• Arrange statutory compliance inspections and certification, including gas safety, electrical inspections, PAT testing and other landlord requirements.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure work is organised and completed efficiently.
• Create and allocate jobs through our in-house job management software.
• Liaise with contractors and customers to keep work progressing.
• Help maintain high standards of customer service across both businesses.
• Work closely with the business owner to improve operational procedures.
• Help develop and make better use of ServiceM8 and our in-house job management software.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and reduce administration.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, customer service and business growth.
