Apex Hotels in Edinburgh is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our welcoming team. You will work across bar, restaurant, conference and room service, delivering friendly, high-standard service to our guests.

On day one you’ll start a structured 12-week learning journey, gaining product knowledge, customer service excellence and the confidence to assist guests with a warm welcome. The role offers training and progression within a vibrant hospitality environment.
