Oxfordshire Mind seeks an EDIE Manager to develop and lead initiatives promoting equity, diversity, inclusion, and equality. This role focuses on building a positive, inclusive culture within the organization while ensuring equitable access to services. The position requires a commitment to inclusiveness and effective advocacy for marginalized communities.

Job description

EDIE Manager

Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Salary: £33,050.00 - £35,570 (pro-rata - salary dependent on skills, experience and knowledge)

Contract: Fixed Term- 1 Year (Or upon return of maternity leaver)

Base: Osney Mead with some Oxfordshire/Berkshire Travel
