CrossCountry has an exciting, fixed-term contract opportunity for an experienced and innovative EDI Manager to join us at this exciting time!

This role is key in shaping and embedding our EDI strategy. The successful candidate will review current practices and collaborate with stakeholders to foster an inclusive workplace culture.

The EDI Manager will need influence and project management skills to successfully initiate key workstreams and drive positive change.

Responsibilities of the Role
  1. Audit CrossCountry’s policies, procedures, and practices to identify areas for improvement from an EDI perspective.
  2. Act as the ambassador and “go-to” expert of EDI, influencing all levels of the workforce to prioritize inclusive practices.
  3. Lead strategic EDI initiatives in organisational processes such as induction, talent acquisition, development, and management.
  4. Collaborate with the Recruitment team to review and support inclusive hiring initiatives and develop diverse candidate pools.
  5. Coordinate involvement in the EDI and Wellbeing calendar, including key dates and external campaigns.
  6. Develop and facilitate a CrossCountry EDI Forum involving colleagues from across the organisation.
  7. Work with Trade Unions and other employee stakeholder groups to embed inclusive employment practices.
  8. Participate in internal and external working groups, providing EDI expertise and support.
  9. Ensure EDI is integrated into all employee experience areas, using data to monitor progress and inform strategies.
  10. Work with HRBPs and senior managers to align regional EDI goals.
  11. Create and implement an EDI communication strategy and roadmap.
  12. Provide training and facilitate discussions on key EDI topics through workshops and Q&A sessions.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience designing, delivering, and managing EDI strategies.
  • Influencing skills to create positive organizational change.
  • Data analysis experience for developing solutions.
  • Ability to leverage team knowledge to address EDI challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, event management, and facilitation experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pace.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with employee relations challenges, including trade unions.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
