Job description

Promote equality, diversity and inclusion for Leicestershire Police.

Salary: £47,712 - £52,491

As Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Positive Action Manager you will play a pivotal role in providing direction on EDI and positive action for the force, implementing our Positive Action Delivery Plan and guiding and supporting staff at all levels.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Promoting a positive work environment and team culture
  • Helping Staff Networks in their objectives
  • Promoting the use of officers, staff, and volunteers to act as community ambassadors
About You
  • Hold a degree level qualification in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, or relevant work experience
  • Experience of leading and developing a team
  • Experience of providing strategic advice and influencing key decisions in an EDI environment

Vacancy closes: Wednesday 23rd April at 23:55

Full Time, 37 hours per week

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
