About the Role

As the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Administrator, you will support the delivery of our organisation's EDI objectives. Your responsibilities include providing administrative support to the EDI Manager, coordinating staff networks, and organising EDI events and initiatives. Your work will help foster an inclusive environment for staff and students, contributing to the successful implementation of our EDI workplan. This part-time (17.5 hours/week), fixed-term role requires a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic individual passionate about making a meaningful impact.

About You

You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about equality, diversity, and inclusion. You have experience in administrative support, managing multiple tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and data integrity. You are a confident communicator, capable of liaising with stakeholders and promoting EDI activities across platforms. Skills in event coordination, data management, and creating engaging content are essential. Most importantly, you are enthusiastic about fostering a respectful and supportive culture where everyone can thrive.
